Can I use my child's own grandmother's name instead of Dadi?
The story uses Dadi, which is loved by most Pakistani families. Tell us in the order form if you would like Nani or another name and we will arrange it.
What age is this book for?
It is written for ages 5 to 7. Children this age can start reading it alone, and younger ones will enjoy hearing it read aloud.
How long does it take to get my book?
We draw your child into every page by hand, then print and courier the book. You will see the estimated delivery time when you order.
Will it really look like my child?
You see a preview on WhatsApp within 48 hours, before anything is printed. If something doesn’t look right, we fix it first.
What photo should I send?
1 to 3 clear, front-facing photos in good light, with only your child in them.
Are my child’s photos safe?
Yes. Only our team can see them, they’re used only for your book, and they’re deleted automatically 30 days after delivery.
How long does delivery take?
Within 7 days, and delivery is free anywhere in Pakistan. You can follow your order on the Track your order page.
How do I pay?
By bank transfer to DEVSTAX PVT LTD, or from JazzCash or Easypaisa to our bank account. There’s no cash on delivery, because every book is made just for your child.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes. You get a full refund within 24 hours of ordering, and 50% after that until printing starts. Refunds reach your account within 7 working days.
Can I create my own story?
Yes. Choose “Create your own” and share your idea. We’ll call you to plan it and agree the price before you pay.
