Your order

• You get an order number as soon as you place your order. The order stays pending until we have checked your payment and confirmed it by email.
• We may call you to go over the details before we confirm.
• We may decline an order, for example if the photos can’t be used or the content isn’t suitable for a children’s book. If we decline after you have paid, you get a 100% refund.

Prices and payment

• Prices are in Pakistani rupees and shown on each book page. Delivery is charged separately.
• Payment is by bank transfer to DEVSTAX PVT LTD. You can also send it from JazzCash or Easypaisa to our bank account.
• We start work on your book after your payment is confirmed. We don’t offer cash on delivery, because every book is made just for your child.
• For create-your-own books, the price is agreed with you on a call before you pay.

Your photos and details

• You confirm that you are the child’s parent or guardian, or have their permission, and that you have the right to send us the photos.
• You allow us to use the photos only to make your book. Our Privacy Policy explains how we keep them safe and when they are deleted.
• Please make sure names, spellings and the delivery address are correct. We print exactly what you approve.

Illustrations and previews

• Your child is drawn as an illustration in the book’s art style (3D or watercolour). It is an artist’s likeness, not a photograph, so it won’t match every detail.
• We send you a preview before printing. Ask for any changes then. We print only after you approve it.
• Sample pictures on our website show a sample child and carry a watermark. They may not be copied or reused.

Making and delivery times

• Times shown on the website are our best estimates. Busy periods, such as before Eid, can take longer.
• We send books with a courier company and share the tracking number with you. Delays caused by the courier are outside our control, but we will help you follow up.
• If a book is returned because the address was wrong or nobody was available, re-delivery is charged.

Cancellations and refunds

Cancellations and refunds follow our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which is part of these terms. In short: a full refund before we confirm your order or within 24 hours of ordering, 50% after that until printing starts, and a free reprint or full refund if something is our fault.

Ownership

The stories, artwork, designs and website belong to DEVSTAX PVT LTD. Your printed book is yours to keep, read and give as a gift. Please don’t copy, sell or publish the book or its pages.

Our responsibility

If something goes wrong that is our fault, we will reprint your book or refund what you paid for it. Our responsibility for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
